Move your body. Meet your mind differently.

Join a small, therapist-led community rooted in movement, reflection, and connection.

Welcome to The Mindful Miles Collective, an 8-week therapeutic running group for women and nonbinary folks ages 18–24.

Together, we meet for weekly runs while building confidence, community, and a more supportive relationship with yourself. Each week includes a therapist-designed theme with guided reflection to help you notice what shows up during each run and how those same patterns can appear in everyday life.

Along the way, we explore topics like working with your inner critic, balancing effort and rest, practicing mindfulness, and stepping outside your comfort zone.

No running experience is needed. The program is beginner-friendly and paced to meet you where you are. All participants are invited to register for an optional 5k at the end of the program.

Group size is limited to 6 participants to maintain a thoughtful, connected experience. A waitlist is available for the upcoming Summer sessions.
